Think of The Wirral Peninsula as a narrow three-sided oblong bounded by the estuaries of The Rivers Mersey and Dee on the long sides and the Irish Sea across the one short side and angled North-West/ Soth-East then "Glorious" New Brighton is on the northernmost corner by the Mersey and West Kirby is at the other corner by the River Dee. The land in the distance is Wales and the water in the foreground is a marina and the people are walking on the marina wall. The water beyond the people is The River Dee.
