No, not really. This is a view of The River Mersey taken from Fort Perch Rock, "Glorious" New Brighton looking across to Liverpool Docks. this image has been manipulated in Picasa 3 to look more like a 1960's image. The image was taken two weeks ago at low tide as this wall of the fort is normally covered with water.
