The title says it all, I think.
This has been manipulated in Photosuite 11 and Picasa 3.
The title is a pun on what The Speaker of The House of Commons says when there has been a vote. If the vote has gone to the side which agrees with the motion, The Speaker shouts, "The ayes have it; The ayes have it."
