The outward bound seagoing vessel (tanker) is approaching a thunderstorm. The sailboat however has only about one mile to go, to find shelter in the yacht-harbour of Flushing. This image was recently taken on the coast of peninsula Walcheren, Zeeland, The Netherlands, there where the Western Scheldt river flows into the North Sea.
