With this image I start a new series called 'Maritime Nostalgia'. The first one of this series shows the, under the flag of the republic Sierra Leone (West Africa) sailing schoonerbrig 'Tres Hombre' (three men), moored in a dry-dock in Flushing, Zeeland, The Netherlands.

Some details: homeport = Freetown; masts = 2; sails = 12 (315 meter²); this vessel has not an engine for (emergency) propulsion (!)
