This image was captured on the most northern part on the peninsula Walcheren, Zeeland, The Netherlands. As I said in the title, there was a cool breeze blowing (19 degrees C/66.2 degrees F and some chill factor). Seems that this wasn't a problem for the 'die hards', lol.
