I like to show you another piece of the avionic history.

Although in each air service the 70's fighter jets were of more importance rather than prop driven (piston) engine airplanes, the initial training given to pilots was mostly given by 'piston engine' airplanes. In the former Soviet Union was that the Yak-52. This impressive aircraft is ideal for aerobatics, and the engine sound of its 360HP engine can only be described as spectacular.

Depicted is the PH-YAK - Yakovlev Yak-52. After the fall of the Soviet Union it was exported to the west and is owned now by a Dutch flying group. This capture is taken near Zeeland Airport, The Netherlands.
