When you read the title, I hope you'll realize that I just was kidding. These workers however are maintaining a traditional windmill in one of the villages on the peninsula Walcheren, Zeeland, The Netherlands. It's anyhow an acrobatic and dangerous job. I don't know whether it was possible or not to take some safety measures like wearing a life belt
