Referring to the sculpture of Manneken Pis ('world' famous in Brussels, Belgium), Hank may has thought: "What they could do in Brussels, can be done in Zierikzee (a cosy medieval little town at the peninsula Schouwen-Duiveland, Zeeland, The Netherlands) as well, so he was sitting on a sculpture of a frog, being an integral part of this fountain.

I didn't check whether his pants have became wet, lol.
