I initially thought that this lady had done detergent into the fountain, located in the city of Zierikzee, Zeeland, The Netherlands, to do her laundry by hand, perhaps because of an own defective washing machine, ☺ .

I was just kidding of course. However, I don't know the cause why this fountain was foaming that much. Probably an additive was added to the water.

A tad manic to me, therefore it is my submission for Manic Monday.
