I can ensure you that this isn't a 'manip' but a real image.

In the center of Flushing, a town in Zeeland, The Netherlands, there are 5 oblique residential towers.

Their windows are staggered and oblique as well. The buildings have 5 different colors. Eye catcher is the depicted high gray 'leaning tower' (with a wink to the leaning tower of Pisa, Italy).

The inhabitants of Flushing call this architectural 'surprise' the 'dancing bouncing boxes', ☺ .
