This heron, tied to a pole with tire wraps, is just an artificial specimen.

I've seen this scene on a farmyard on the peninsula Walcheren Zeeland, The Netherlands.

I can only guess for the intention: a decorative or frightening function.

For me, a manic situation however, hence it's my entry for Manic Monday (Mē) for this week.
