When one says 'Holland', it's almost similar to say 'flowers', witness 'some' in the past posted floral contributions of mine.

This Dutch, with flowers decorated, local traffic roundabout is another proof for that. It's a pretty common sight in my country, so that there's no danger to distract the attention of the drivers. For foreign drivers it isn't a danger as well, because paying attention to the foofs make them reduce their speed, 😜 !
