This huge mural (estimated size: about 8 by 5 meters) was captured by me (with permission of course) on July 4th, 2019 in the Maria Magdalena Curch in the town of Goes, Zeeland, The Netherlands.

A pretty tough job, because the height of the mural caused distortion of the scene while the stray light coming out of the church windows panes has a distorting lighting effect. I was able to compensate these effects however.

The lower section of this mural shows Jesus and 11 of his 12 apostles (the ones having not a bible (?) in their hands). I have my doubts whether the upper part of the mural depicts the correct representation of this historical/biblical event. Anyhow an impressive mural to me!
