This photograph was taken in Zierikzee, a medieval town in Zeeland, The Netherlands.

Tourists, sightseeing Zierikzee, can take a tour of the town with this carriage.

The horses are partly blindfolded, not because they aren't allowed to enjoy the beauty that Zierikzee has to offer too, but to prevent shock reactions (due to unexpected situations).

They have to rely on the female coachman, or is it the other way around (😜) ?
