I've captured this Ceanothus (arboreus?) shrub two days ago in my garden. In my country (The Netherlands) this shrub got the nickname 'Amerikaanse Sering' (American Lilac). This image was taken in the early morning hours. At that time there wasn't much activity by flying visitors, aka bees. At days when the sun is shining, my Ceanothus shrubs are crowded by bees at later times of these days. Even at a certain distance one can hear their buzzing sound. The fragrance/scent of the blossoms is overwhelming too. It makes me sometimes think about fairy tales. The elves and gnomes are missing however, 😁 !

My contribution for Foofy Friday (F²) !
