This image shows the popular Dutch seaside village of Zoutelande, located in Zeeland (on the Walcheren peninsula).
Zoutelande is renowned for having the most sunshine hours in The Netherlands and is often referred to as the "Zeeland Riviera". Even in March, one can enjoy the sun here. However, the relatively high temperature in early spring causes some haze on the beach and at sea because the water temperature is still low. This photograph illustrates this well.
