This is the Ira Allen Chapel Bell Tower in Burlington, Vermont. The sky was a solid, uniform gray which for me added some charm to the gold dome. Golden yellow looks good against gray - or so I've read. The clock face is marble and it does tell the time, in this instance time for a visit to the nearest Starbucks.
