.....and just because I got sidetracked for a minute, doesn't mean you get to take a rest on our hike! noooo way!! well not far to go now ...as I posted the fall photos first we got there and are returning - the late afternoon sun is shining down on us and this path leads back up to the road ...oh yes I forgot to say there was no pub in the other direction so if you went the whole way down to the river and back again, you deserve a drink, we can head for the pub which was just half a mile from where we started! haha! It is the Cat and the Fiddle standing at 1690 above sea level, so even though it seems like we are down in a valley we are actually standing with our heads in the clouds! :) ...and tomorrow is another day - I will be heading out to the country again so long as the weather is good - am I talking to myself? hmmm hope they got me a drink in! ;)
