My White Pelicans have finally arrived, (after a couple of false starts). They will be here now through March. There were approximately 24 here last weekend. These large birds have a grace of their own with their long wiry necks and large awkward bills. Much of my enjoyment with these "Air Buses" centers around trying to capture unique poses and patterns created by their necks and bills, especially when they swim in fishing groups.
