This image was taken just outside of Chiang Mai, Thailand, and is of Wat Prathat Doi Suthep, an important Buddhist temple. Built from 1367-1388, it is situated on top of Suthep Mountain, and reportedly houses one half of a relic thought to be one of Buddha's bones.
