This is the town of Pierce City, MO. All of the 1870 buildings here were destroyed. This is the armory located in Pierce City and its the public shelter where everyone is directed to go in case of an emergency. As the tornado passed over, and with several of the towns people inside, part of the bldg collapsed and 1 person was killed as we understood it. It was refurbished into another business and a brand new armory was built. The town is thriving again.
