Captured this sweet Male Dark-Eyed Junco's picture this morning (2021, 04-08 Thursday AM).

He flew into our floor to ceiling window of the indoor pool. So me being me, I ran out picked him up out of the bush laying sideways and he was still alive. I petted his head and back also holding him so he would not fall out of my hand and hurt himself more. After a while he sat on my finger for around 15 minutes and when I noticed he was doing pretty good I took him to the backyard and placed him her on the back deck. Stayed with him for some time then went inside, when I checked to see if he was OK he had finally flew away, thank goodness, poor fellow.

The Dark-eyed Junco is also know as "Canada's Snow Bird".
