I might live in France but I am still american! This is my first try at doing something like this, I used three different photos of the sky for this, the red is an enhanced sunset, the white is a bunch of clouds and the blue is actually the background from "Moonlit Romance", so it's not a sky. The stars probably could have been better but I hope you'll all like this anyway. I don't have photoshop so all this was done with pixia and photofilter. All comments and advice are welcome.
