Taken on Christmas Day 2008. Going for a walk in the Spessart forest is very rewarding as this Castle is at the end of the trail waiting for you! What was I doing here on Xmas Day? I celebrated Christmas with a German friend who's parents live in a nearby town of Martheidenfeld & Spessart forest is just a few miles away.
