Introducing Karolina Anastazja Pałka Zawadzka, weighing in at just 2.7Kg she was born 4 weeks early @ 21:25 on 22 July 2007. Here she's just 7 days old and we were very much in love with her from the moment we laid eyes on her. I'm sure you will be too (now you know what's taking up all my time!)
