Nova Scotia - Cape D'Or, accessible via a dirt road, is a beautiful, rugged point of land at the confluence of the Bay of Fundy and Minas Channel. Because of the dramatic tidal changes (eight meters), the water at this point is very choppy, with very strong currents called the Dory Rips. On one side are tall red-stone vertical cliffs. These jagged cliffs with caves accessible at low tide are on the other side. In this photo, the tide was beginning to rise. Comments and critique are welcomed. Enjoy!
