Wethersfield, Connecticut, USA. Cold weather has brought the return of ice on the river. This outlet from a cove is frozen solid, while the river contains broken ice. In the summer, smaller non-commercial boats use this cove for entry and egress from the Connecticut River; the channel markers are seen in this photo.
