A local orchard creates both sunflower and corn mazes for children. I was excited to go there to photograph the sunflowers. Imagine my disappointment when I arrived to find the sunflower maze cut down to the ground. But, a nearby summer squash field had rows of sunflowers interspersed with the squash rows. Capturing some photos of these sunflowers made the trip worthwhile. The filtered sunlight on this bloom caught my eye. Happy Foofy Friday, friends. Enjoy!
