The new house on the block, built in 1798, reflects a very different architectural style. Looking across the old burying grounding which the founding families are buried, the gable end of the LeFevre House has Georgian-style features, representing the 100-year transition from a Dutch and French society to the influences of the British. The facade is constructed of brick, a notable change from the previously built houses on the street. This is a three-exposure HDR image, taken in the morning.
