Williamsburg, Virginia, USA. The Blue Bell, located near the capitol building, was used for a number of purposes during the colonial era, first as a tavern, then a lodging house, store, gunsmith's shop, and a tenement. In disrepair, it was town down. Colonial Williamsburg reconstructed the building. Interestingly, it houses the heating plant for the nearby Capitol Building.
