New Paltz, New York. It's hard to grow flowers in the snow of New York and New England - makes Foofy Friday a challenge. So, remnants of the summer garden in the foreground don't hide the house of my American roots. I was in New Paltz for a meeting, and arrived early to get a few photos on Huguenot Street. Winter snow, bare trees, and stone houses don't provide much color. So, I played around in PhotoShop to arrive at this b/w presentation.
