Beelitz-Heilstaetten - Built around 1900 as a sanatorium for tuberculosis patients, today it is an impressive lost place with a moving history. A treetop walkway allows visitors to explore the site with a view from above of buildings that have already been partially renovated as well as structures that have been left to their own devices. Nature impressively demonstrates how it is steadily reclaiming its territory.
