At least six weeks have passed since i've been down at the river. The colours are returning as is the wildlife. The severe drought has the water level extremely low. The walkway in the distance usually has water 2 foot deep running under it, now there's only grass. A lot of ponds and some lakes have totally dried up. The Hillsborough countys 15-billion gallon reservoir is empty, it sits on 55,000 acres of land that was going to be opened as a park this summer.
