Hawa mahal translated as "palace of winds" is a palace in Jaipur, India, built in 1799 in the form of the crown of Krishna. The palace complex has 953 small windows, and the breeze which circulates through these windows gives the palace its name. Its original intention was to allow royal ladies to observe everyday life in the street below without being seen. The Palace itself impressed me very much! Unfortunately, this picture from taken from the car, although I hope you'll like it.
