The pilgrims stood so bravely on that rocky shore;
The patriots whose guns were loud and clear,
With a land that was laid before them, so full and free;
They were fighting for a freedom we hold dear.
They marched the bloody battle fields of foreign lands,
From Normandy, Korea, Vietnam;
And the flag they held so tight
To preserve sweet freedom’s fight;
And a lady holds a torch so clear and bright.

Stand up for America; she needs you.
Raise her colors high and proudly in the sky.
Stand up for her freedom, her democracy, and her liberty.
All hail the red, blue, and white.
