I was on vacation in California a couple weeks ago. We visited Crystal Cove, a beach near Laguna Beach. I've been thinking of the coast, and tidal pools teaming with life, particularly the beautiful anenomes with their delicate tendrils weaving with the waves - so this is the inspiration behind this jewel.
