Yesterday evening I went out with my photography class colleagues and teacher just to take pictures of Oporto by night. It's a charming city and I canī't deprive you, my friends, of sharing such a nocturnal beauty. So in the next few days I will send these photo series. Here is the first! This picture was taken nearby at Vila Nova de Gaia separated from Oporto by Douro river. On the foreground you can see the typical ancient Rabelo boats ( nowadays they became a touristic attraction ) which in the past carried the wine from long distances to be prepared as Oporto wine in this town. On the background you can see one of the Oporto icons - D. Luiz Bridge built by the famous Eiffel architect between 1881- 1889. Hope you enjoy.
