What makes a picture fine art?

"Fine artists use photography as their chosen medium for creative expression. Fine art photographs express an innovative idea, emotion, or message which is unique to the artist."

Right.. wasn't too far off the mark.

Now.. just have to work on the "innovative idea, emotion, or message" part. Some times, the creative egg comes before the chicken.
