Taken today: Seven Falls is about a 4 mile walk up Bear Canyon from the suburbs of Tucson, Arizona. (for reference, the lower fall is about 30' and most of the sahuaro cacti are 25-30+' tall). There are 7 falls of various sizes, last one is below the photo; water is coming from a hidden canyon between the ridges on the right. The falls run most of the winter due to snow melt higher in the mountains, but during summer thunderstorms in the mountains this same place can have deadly severe flash floods w/o warning.
