This is my first photo upload. I just obtained my first digital camera and while at the hospital visiting my sick granddaughter I couldn't help but notice this wonderful nativity scene in the courtyard outside I thought it looked so nice. It may appear to be small, but was actually lifesize figures. The only thing missing was snow. This is the real reason for celebrating Christmas, and I think I tend to lose sight of that at times.
