This millrace is just outside St. Remy De Provence where Van Gogh recuperated after his bout with insanity. He painted a lot of works here, and when you drive around you can see why. The place is lovely and the colors in nature are superb. I shot this with a dark filter, a narrow aperture, and a slow exposure to get the milky water look. Thanks to Mike Furner for showing me that.
