I WAS going to enter the Simplicity contest with this pic...because I thought the trash can was a perfect fit for a combination of form, function and beauty...which all good Simplicity pictures are sure to have. The trash can is an element in two pictures of a local camera shop that I uploaded a couple days ago... which are apparently at variance with some site guideline... "in limbo" is what I am told. Whatever. They were hardly great pictures in the first place. And not having a working camera for some months, I don't have anything else in the bin to upload to meet the contest rules at this time. I made these variations on the Topaz plug-in for my own personal reference and, still being in what my good friend Nik calls a "Warhol period", I put them together for your enjoyment and possible use as a reference. Of course there are many more Topaz plug-in filters and each filter has many slider settings and other variations...this little set is no more than the tip of the iceberg on this PhotoShop plug-in.
