In days of yore, when someone had a terrible migraine headache, it was said that they were being possessed by evil spirits and someone would then drill holes in the inflicted person's head to set them free and purge the demons. When I have a bad migraine, I know I sometimes think about that practice and am thankful I don't own or know how to operate a drill.
