one of the wonderful things about cape cod beaches is that there are so many of them, which means there's always plenty of room for kite-flying, beachcombing, sunning, and walking... note that no one is in the water, however... not necessarily fear of sharks though, the water is just plain cold. For swimming there's the bay, nantucket sound and lots of fresh water ponds... on the day I took this a fogbank was lurking just offshore, but it never made landfall...
