I decided to get my old zoom lens out for some shots. This was taken at the Biblical Gardens in town, using my Sigma 70-300 F4-5.6 APO DG lens with the Macro option with the Canon 450D set on a tripod.

It was already set on Macro and I did not take the time to switch it. I think this birdie is a young Starling.

Update: My ultrasound found nothing so I guess I'll just grin and bear it. I do believe its called using muscles that are not used to being worked! That is the only thing I can think of. I did change jobs awhile back and am doing different things on a daily basis. Maybe I'm a wimp! Lol! Back to work tomorrow and I will have the tylenol handy. Geez!
