My daughter planted some Lily Trees earlier this year for me. They are now in bloom, and I thought I would share one of them with you.

Used the manual setting on the camera, and used the canon ef70-300 IS USM lens.

If your not familiar with this beautiful plant you can follow Tick's link to learn more. I must say I had not heard of them before, and am very pleased with the colorful blooms. I have four of them and three are in bloom, and each is different in color. I hope to get shots of each different color.
