A scene from one of the many nature areas in the Tri-Lakes Wildlife Refuge, just a short drive from my home.

You can park your car, and take this walk which separates the two lakes, and in the background where the trees are ,there are trails you can follow, which I have done once, but should go back in the woods again, and explore, maybe next year.

Only authorized vehicles are allowed off the beaten path.
