This is the view outside my window from my computer area. A little more to the left and closer is where the bird feeders are set up.

Those pine trees line the edge of my property along the roadway, and make a nice natural fencing. Some of the branches are touching the ground this morning.

My other half had to go out and knock off the heavey snow from the rope gate that keeps the horses inside the pasture, thank goodness they did not find that open area, the ropes were touching the ground, in two places.

The tv report was 7.5-8 inches in this area, but I think it was less than that where I live. I'm sure in some areas it was, because of the wind. Today it's a beautiful morning clear skies, and sunny.
