Meet my friend Shelly, this lady is a dog groomer, and also does cleaning at a large complex here in town. She is always on the move! Here she is doing a Run-Bike-Run. She ran 3.5 miles, biked 10 miles, and then did another 3.5 miles. She did finish btw. I went home and took a nap! Lol! This is my manic Monday post.
